Facebook Login Data Deletion Instructions

Users who have connected a Facebook account to PAWS Dog Daycare may request deletion of the Facebook social-login connection and associated PAWS account data.

Submit the request through the PAWS Dog Daycare contact form. Include the email address associated with your PAWS account and clearly state that you want the Facebook Login connection and associated account data deleted.

PAWS may need to verify that the request came from the person who controls the affected account before making account or data changes.

Provide enough information to identify and verify the affected account. Do not send your Facebook password. PAWS does not need it.

  • The email address associated with your PAWS Dog Daycare website account.
  • A statement requesting deletion of the Facebook social-login connection.
  • A statement requesting deletion of associated PAWS account data.
  • Any additional information reasonably needed to identify and verify the affected account.

What Happens After You Submit the Request

PAWS will review the request and may verify that you control the affected account.

After the request has been identified and verified, PAWS Dog Daycare will remove the applicable Facebook social-login connection and associated PAWS account information.

Removing the Facebook Login connection means that the connection can no longer be used to access the affected PAWS account.

Some information may be retained when reasonably required or permitted for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

For example, deleting a social-login connection does not necessarily require PAWS to delete transaction records that must be retained to document a purchase, payment, refund, dispute, or other business activity.

Removing PAWS From Your Facebook Settings

You may also revoke the PAWS login connection through your Facebook account settings.

Removing PAWS from the Apps and Websites area of your Facebook settings may revoke future Facebook Login access.

Removing the connection through Facebook does not automatically confirm that all information associated with the PAWS website account has been deleted.

To request deletion of information held within the PAWS account, submit a deletion request through the PAWS contact form.

Information That May Need to Be Retained

Deleting a login connection does not always require deletion of every business record connected with the account.

  • Records required to document a purchase, payment, refund, or transaction.
  • Information reasonably needed to prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorized account activity.
  • Records required for tax, accounting, legal, or regulatory obligations.
  • Information reasonably needed to resolve a dispute or enforce an agreement.
  • Limited records documenting that a deletion request was received and processed.

A Facebook connection and a complete PAWS website account are related, but they are not necessarily the same thing.
