cleaning in freezing weather

I'm wondering how people clean outside concrete runs/yards when the temperature is freezing....the water hits the ground and it freezes. We have close to 300 runs and would really like to hear any ideas on how to keep clean!

That is a good question. I would imagine that the best you could hope to do would be to wait until it gets a little bit warmer and wash it down. A broom and shovel, maybe?.. I'm in Florida so this is a problem I have never had to face..Can't use chemicals, can't use salt.. so I'm a bit at a loss on this one..
